Project overview
For the façade finish, the nuanced Inca Paars brick was chosen, applied in a stacked bond. This horizontal arrangement without vertical stagger emphasizes the clean lines of the architecture and creates a sober, rhythmic façade composition. The deep, purple shades of the brick lend a rich and warm appearance, adding both contemporary flair and character to the streetscape.
The architecture respects the scale of the environment, while the choice of materials provides a subtle yet clear added value to the visual identity of Keltenheuvel.
Keltenheuvel 24 is an example of how contemporary architecture, with attention to detail and context, can be naturally integrated into an existing residential setting.
